The Hydra Mattress combines pocket spring support, generous comfort layers and natural materials to create a premium balance of comfort, support and breathability.

At its heart is an individually pocketed spring system, allowing the springs to respond independently to pressure and movement. An encapsulated perimeter provides additional stability around the edges of the mattress, while HR Soft and Super Soft comfort layers create a cushioned and welcoming sleeping surface. 

The two sides incorporate different natural materials. One side combines cotton and linen for a fresh and breathable feel, while the other uses wool and cashmere for a warmer, cosier sleeping surface. This makes the Hydra particularly suitable for seasonal use throughout the year.

Finished with an elegant EcoVero Jacquard fabric and deep exterior tufting, the Hydra combines natural materials with traditional hand-finished detailing and modern pocket spring support.

Returns and guarantees

Our rules procedures covering deliveries, guarantees and returns

Delivery

Delivery will normally take place within the timescales estimated on the order acknowledgment, however this is only an estimate and time shall not be the essence of any order. Some smaller Goods may be delivered by post or courier.

Where the Goods cannot be delivered on the day arranged due to the fault of the buyer, we retain the right to charge a further 50 € for "re-delivery" to cover costs incurred. This charge will be payable before "re-delivery”.

Delivery will only be made to the delivery address specified on the original order. Delivery will be deemed to have taken place when the Goods have been delivered to the agreed address.

Guarantees

All Goods " excluding floor models " are guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship for a minimum period of twelve months from the date of delivery. Display / Floor models Have no guarantees.

Faulty Goods

Complaints relating to faulty Goods should be notified within 7 days of the fault becoming apparent.

Cancellation and Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it under the distance selling regulations with in seven days of delivery for an exchange or refund. The refund does not include the delivery charge.

The items must be in an unused condition along with the receipt or other valid proof of purchase.

Stock Items

Any time up to seven working days following the delivery of the goods.

Special Items

Goods that are not held in stock and are ordered and/or manufactured specifically for the Buyer cannot be canceled once the order has been accepted.

For reasons of health and hygiene any beds, mattresses or bedding that has been unsealed will be deemed to be used and cannot be returned for any reason other than a manufacturing fault. These items are exempt from the statutory 7 day cooling off period under the Distance Selling Regulations when they have been unsealed.
